Bandung and Semarang follow WIB but experience lower evening traffic, so some premium tables there may open slightly later or run consolidated shifts. The opening times we publish are WIB; your app or browser automatically adjusts them if you use a different timezone setting in your account.
Seasonal and Event-Based Adjustments
Market opening times shift during major events and holidays. When Liga 1 fixtures air live (typically Friday and Sunday evenings), we may delay or consolidate some table openings to ensure enough dealers cover the sportsbook side. During Piala Indonesia playoffs and Piala AFF tournaments, evening table availability may shrink by one or two tables per game type, but we never fully shut down live-dealer service.
Idul Fitri and Idul Adha bring sustained holiday demand. We expand our opening windows — tables that normally start at 12:00 may launch at 10:00, and evening sessions run one hour later. What Happens if a Table Does Not Open On Time
Rarely, a scheduled table may not open at its published time. This can occur due to unexpected dealer absence, technical issue, or emergency studio closure. When this happens, our system marks the table as "Delayed" on the dashboard, and we send all players who had starred it a notification explaining the hold-up. Most delays are resolved within subject to verification.
If a table remains closed after subject to verification, we automatically offer impacted players a credit equal to their planned buy-in (if they had reserved a seat). This credit can be used to enter a different session or withdrawn to your account via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking). We process this credit within 24 hours of the cancellation.
Table Limits and Peak-Hour Availability
Peak hours (19:00–23:00) are when all tables operate simultaneously. During these windows, you have maximum choice: multiple Blackjack tables across different limits, Roulette, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and specialty games all open. Casual and Standard tables fill up first, so if you want a specific tier, join early or be prepared to waitlist.

If you need to add funds while a table is open, you can deposit without leaving the table. Our mobile-optimized interface allows in-play deposits via online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking.
